One thing that I have come to appreciate in my career as a photographer is the need to do professional work whenever I receive calls asking me to be at a specific location to take photographs at social events such as at weddings or when I receive call to go to a home to shoot family photos.

My first encounter with Paula’s mother Diana was at her friend’s home where I had been asked to go and shoot photos. A son to Diana’s friend by the name Andreas was being christened the family saw it fit to have nice photos that would remind them of the memorable occasion. I was indeed privileged to have had such a golden opportunity since many attended the christening ceremony.
It was at this ceremony when I first photographed young Paula when she was hardly a year. I photographed her when her mother requested me to so that she could have something that would remind her of Andreas’ christening.
At that time I did not realize that I would have another opportunity to photograph young Paula again. It was therefore surprising that I one day received a phone call from her mother, Diana, asking if I could spend some time on a Friday afternoon with her family to go and take photos at her daughter’s first anniversary party.
This was an opportunity I could not decline. After informing her that I would be free that coming Friday, she quickly gave me the location, Bubble Park in Limassol, one place where I have over the years photographed many beautiful people, children and adults alike. I quickly embarked on getting my equipment ready for what I believed would be a beautiful Limassol anniversary photography.
Although Diana had indicated that I need to arrive by 3 pm, I did arrive by noon in order to identify some of the best locations for photography. My early arrival helped a great deal. Diana had also arrived early, which made it possible for us to shoot family photographs in Limassol’s Gardens. Although I had photographed many people at the same gardens before, Paula’s photos turned out to be the most beautiful Limassol anniversary photography I have ever undertaken.
With that over, we went straight into Limassol Park where many of the family’s friends had already gathered. I quickly embarked on another photography session, capturing any moment that I believed was not only important to Paula’s parents but to Paula herself, photos she would appreciate once she comes of age. Just like with the photographs I had shot in the gardens, those I took at the park turned out to be beautiful Limassol anniversary photography.
With the anniversary party over and seeing how beautiful Limassol anniversary photography had turned out to be, Paula’s dad suggested we head to the family’s home for indoor photos, a suggestion I did not turn down. As it turned out, this was another beautiful Limassol anniversary photography. Indeed, professionalism pays.
