Our first blog entry of the year presents you with some romantic photos in Cyprus. The loved-up couple in question is M and L, who have just celebrated their second wedding anniversary. M and L, who are both from Jordan, met three years ago and from the moment they laid eyes on one another it was love at first sight. M knew that he had met the woman of his dreams and shortly after they met, he proposed.

L’s answer was a resounding ‘yes’ and this is a word that M will cherish for the rest of his life because it got him where he is today celebrating his second wedding anniversary. As a romantic gesture he recently treated his wife to a holiday in Cyprus. They stayed at the Amathus Hotel for a few days where they decided to capture the essence of their romantic getaway in some memorable photos.
These stunning photos were taken using the hotel’s green field as a backdrop, as well as the little pier and its surrounding areas. The weather was extremely windy but that didn’t stop us from capturing the romantic photos in Cyprus that you see below, which truly evoke the love and adoration that M and L have for one another. As is evident from the photos the couple is very much in love and it is clear from the tender way that M looks at L that he cares about her a great deal.
It is easy to understand why people from across the globe are so captivated by Cyprus. Described as the island of love, it is a breathtakingly beautiful place with mountains, forests, beaches and blue skies. Cyprus’ beauty stems from the legacy of Aphrodite, the goddess of beauty and love. According to ancient wisdom, Aphrodite rose from waters off the coast of Cyprus making the island her home forevermore. And with year round sunshine, a wonderful culture and delicious Mediterranean cuisine, it is no surprise that people return to the island of love time and time again.
